My son and I have physical limitations, I need to prepare for proper information. Where is the parking compared to entrance?, what is the terrain in parking lot and event area?, where are the port-a-potties?, do I have to have disability placard to park close to entrance?, what do you recommend for event goers?
Gounds are flat with tarmac walk ways and grass. South entrance has a drive up for HC unloading. HC Lots are just outside both the north and south entrances and being marked you would need a placard. A mix of sanikans and real restrooms are in the venue. Early arrival especially on Saturday would be recommended. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Next year we have a food vendor lined up with gluten free options. Yes you can bring in your own food.

Wondering about food booths. Will there be any gluten free options? Is it okay to bring outside food?
Sorry we were already onsite and unable to access our blog questions. We have tried to work out gluten free options for our guests. This year we did find someone late in the day and with health department permitting unable to put it together but next year she will be there. For the futre, yes we do allow our guests to bring food into the venue.
